Banner Ads are sold for 30 day periods using PayPal's subscription service.  Ads will auto renew every 30 days unless you cancel the subscription.

The 468x60 ad appears on the top right of every page next to the site logo.  Only 5 ad rotations are available at a given time meaning your ad will appear on a full 20% of all page impressions.  Pricing for the unit is $99 per month.  The banner may be up to 15K in size.  Animated ads are allowed, but no Flash.
