Bookmarkify 1.1.2 is now available.
This release contains a fix to how the image path is determined.
The bug only affected WP installations where the WordPress URL is different than the Blog URL. Bookmarkify was making use of the Blog URL to create the path to the image files. Under some situations the images are not accessible via this path. This causes the bookmark site names to appear instead of the site icons.
I’ve modified the plugin to use the WordPress URL instead. The images should always be available via that path.

Hi, Gary:
Love your plugin. It’s been great so far, but I would like to move it up in the post to a custom location — just below the date.
I have copied and pasted the div.bookmarkify files into my blog’s CSS file, plus entered this line of code just after the date in my index.php file:
It brings everything in EXCEPT the icons for each of the social networking tools. Do you know how I can fix this?
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Adam,
I’m glad you like the plugin. It sounds like what you did was simply create the bookmarkify div in the custom location causing the Bookmarkify box - as defined in the style sheet - to appear.
Instead of creating the div, you need to call the bookmarkifyIt function.
For the best information on how to do this check out the Bookmarkify FAQ.
Look for the question: How can I place the widget in a location other than the top or bottom of the content?

Works great, Gary! Thanks so much for the help. Sorry I missed the obvious FAQ page.

Hi, Gary:
Hope you had a great holiday. I am getting ready to upgrade my blog to WP 2.7. I was wondering if the latest version of Bookmarkify is ready for this. Thanks!

Great Plugins. great works. How can I place the widget in right of the content ?
January 13th, 2009 at 10:33 am
There a couple of ways to align the widget to the right of the content.
1. If you want it at the top and to the right, select the “Top of Content” option and then use the set the float property of the div.bookmarkify style to “right”.
2. If you want a more custom placement, select the “Other” for the Widget Location option. From there you will need to modify the template to pick the specific placement. See the Intallation Instructions for more info.

Bookmarkify should work with WP 2.7.1 as is. Please report any problems that you may have here of via the “Contact Me” link.
Thanks, Gary

Could you please add iZeby to the list of social bookmarking sites?
